Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bringthenoiserecordings.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 56 Abel Yard, Bristol, BS1 6ZN. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged (cracked/chipped/skipping) we will arrange return at our cost.

Due to our rigorous inspection and packaging processes, we are confident that in all instances whereby products that arrive damaged this will be as a result of courier damages, which we will protect you against and claim for in our own time, not yours.

In the event you receive damaged goods, we will ask you to take photographs of the damage and contact us at info@bringthenoiserecordings.co.uk with the following information;

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) Affected by issue(s)
  • Description of damage/defect
  • Photographs of damage/defect (where visible)
  • Video clip of item malfunction where defective but not visibly
  • Desired resolution


We cannot approve returns for faulty or damaged goods without evidence of damage or defect.

All items must be returned within their original, inner packaging.
Original, outer postage packaging is not required but items must be packaged in a similar standard of packaging for return as they were delivered in.

In the event of further damage upon return you may be held liable for this should the product(s) have been poorly packaged for return.

Returns As Unsuitable
Items that are in perfect condition can be returned at your own cost. We will purchase a label for you in this instance. Returns labels are charged at £3.99. Clearance items cannot be returned and items cannot be returned as unsuitable if worn or not in their original packaging. You will still require a returns approval from us before returning the item and to wait for us to send you a return shipping label. Please do not return items with your own labels. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items (sold as imperfect), digital downloads or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
