By ordering through Bring The Noise Recordings you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These terms are formulated in adherence with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as is a legal requirement for the sale of goods online.
Bring The Noise Recordings is owned and operated by Interior Connect Limited, registered company number 11778323.
In the following terms and conditions the terms “we”,”us and “our” will refer to Interior Connect Limited trading as Fidelity Records. “You” will refer to yourself, the customer.
The terms “this website”,”this site”, “the website” refer to the website www.bringthenoiserecordings.co.uk, owned and operated by Interior Connect Limited, trading as Bring The Noise Recordings.
Interior Connect Limited trading as Bring The Noise Recordings reserves the right to make changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and conditions for purchase of used vinyl
Description of goods
We are committed to ensuring that items are accurately described.
We only list items for sale that we deem to be in good or better condition. Any items that have noticeable defects will be clearly marked as such and this is reflected in the price (clearance items).Â
Any items found to be damaged or compromised in any way will either be removed from sale or listed with any defects clearly detailed (for example damaged sleeves).
In the highly unlikely event that you receive an item that is unplayable, or produces excessive noise from wear, you will be able to return the product for a full refund.
Damaged Goods
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information on our Returns Policy. We are committed to ensuring any issues with damaged goods are resolved.
Wear and Tear
As used items, basic wear and tear is to be expected, so we cannot guarantee all records will be 100% free from crackles or hisses.
We won't ever intentionally sell poor quality vinyl as our reputation is founded on supplying quality products.
Packaging (sleeve) Condition
Product packaging is not guaranteed to be in perfect condition.
Many of our products are more than 20 years old, so paper and cardboard wears easily in this time.
If a case(s) are in notably poor condition, this will be indicated within the product listing.
We will not accept returns for items whereby packaging is damaged unless severe (i.e. weather damaged or torn and not described as such).
Terms and conditions for purchase of used DJ equipment and Studio Equipment
Description of goods
All used hardware items are subject to full testing prior to sale and are fully covered by our Returns Policy.
We endeavour to ensure all goods are described accurately, including information relating to the standard of a product’s packaging.Â
We will only sell items that are in full working order.Â
In the event you receive damaged or defective goods, we will ask you to take photographs of the damage and complete our online returns form with the following information;
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) Affected by issue(s)
- Description of damage/defect
- Photographs of damage/defect (where visible)
- Video clip of item malfunction where defective but not visibly
- Desired resolution
We cannot approve returns without evidence of damage or defect.
All items must be returned within their original, inner packaging. Original, outer postage packaging is not required but items must be packaged in a similar standard of packaging for return as they were delivered in.
In the event of further damage upon return you may be held liable for this should the product(s) have been poorly packaged for return.
Terms and conditions for purchase of new merchandise items and accessories
All items sold as new are fully covered by our Returns Policy.Â
Should your new item arrive damaged or defective, please complete our online returns form with the following information;

- Order Number
- Item(s) Affected by issue(s)

Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point before your order has been despatched. You will be advised when your order(s) is despatched by email notification.
Should your order have already been despatched, but you wish to cancel your order, our Returns Policy will apply.Â
Please do not attempt to return any orders prior to receiving an R.M.A. (Returns Material Authorisation) number from us.
We can only accept returns once they have been approved by our team and an R.M.A. number has been issued to you.
Refunds
Refunds, once approved, may only be issued by the same means as were used for the original payment.
Refunds may take time to clear with your and our banks.
All refunds are issued in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to any customer, at any time and on any reasonable grounds.
Prices, Content and Provision Of Services
We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of our products at any time and without prior notice.Â
We may remove, without notice, any items or services from sale at any point and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders (and refund them accordingly) for any reason and at any time.
In the event that any prices are changed, products or services withdrawn or orders cancelled we may do so without liability or cause for recompense to you.
